History Here is an app that will help you learn about history wherever you go. You can use the map section of the app to find the things that are around you, or you can view historical places in a list. It's a really great app for history buffs or those with kids who want to turn any excursion into a potential learning experience.
This is an app that is great because of the learning potential, but some people are puzzled at the things that they have chosen to pick as historic places. Some people feel it would be better for those in local areas to submit the places they think are important from a historical perspective, for review.
