Facebook Hello is a pretty decent app that will merge your contacts with your Facebook contacts, and it will also allow you to see who is calling even if you don't know that person. It's like one of those old fashioned caller IDs for your phone! It also allows you to browse your contacts in Facebook, and makes sure that your contacts information is completely up to date.
Some people report that the call blocking features are not 100% great. Some people say that it does block spam calls, but sends you multiple annoying notifications when it does so, kind of defeating the purpose. It also rings a few times for blocked numbers before blocking the call.
